Summary The Parts Fulfillment Specialist will manage and oversee
the service parts shipping operations for our company. The Parts
Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for picking, packaging,
and posting service parts orders. This role will involve managing
shipping schedules, processing orders, and handling related
paperwork to ensure smooth shipment operations. This individual
prides themselves on delivering an exceptional customer
experience.
Parts Fulfillment Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities: Arrange and schedule
shipments with carriers (small parcel, and LTL), ensuring timely
delivery of goods.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation: Create and verify
shipping labels, bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Track and monitor shipments: Keep track of incoming and
outgoing shipments, updating the system and notifying customers of
shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with regulations: Maintain compliance with
domestic and international shipping regulations, including customs
documentation, safety standards, and hazardous materials
handling.
- Inventory and warehouse coordination: Work closely with
warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring products are
properly packaged and ready for shipment.
- Resolve issues: Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies,
including delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or missing items.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales,
customer service, and production teams to ensure order fulfillment
and resolve any shipping-related problems.
- Contribute ideas on ways of continuous improvement: Works
closely with operations team to ensure optimal layout of service
parts fulfilment area and smooth fulfillment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records: Ensure all shipping transactions are
logged and records are kept up to date in the company's ERP or
shipping softwareParts Fulfillment Specialist Education and
Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a

Skills/Abilities - High sense of urgency in responding to customer
emergency replacement part needs. - Passion for optimally packaging
parts to ensure quality delivery to customers. - Strong
organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent attention to
detail and accuracy in processing shipments. - Ability to multitask
and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong communication skills,
both written and verbal. - Experience operating warehouse equipment
such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. - Maintain a
flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any
designated shift and overtime as requested per business and
operational needs.
Parts Fulfillment Specialist Education and Experience
