What you do:You will manage assigned life insurance applications
through the new business and underwriting process. As the single
point of contact for designated relationships, you will be the
liaison, managing the customer relationship and finding solutions,
between internal partners (Life Distribution, Contact Center, and
internal processing areas) and field partners. We ask that you have
strong communication skills both verbal and written in addition to
being a strong problem solver applying knowledge of business
guidelines, controls, regulations, products, processes and customer
relationships. You will influence department results ensuring a
high degree of productivity and quality, increasing digital
adoption and meeting/exceeding all benchmarks/KPIs. You will report
into an Operations Manager.
--- Respond to, prioritize and manage customer inquiries by phone
and email by applying knowledge of guidelines, controls,
regulations, products, processes and customer relationships.
Following established practices and standards while
meeting/exceeding benchmarks/service levels. Escalates issues.
--- Review all cases on pre-determined pace. Ensure smooth
processing, recommend opportunities to enhance ease of doing
business and build relationships through good service. Initiate
consistent, clear communications with customers by telephone and
email.
--- Maintain detailed notes and documentation applying an
understanding of case specifics, policies and procedures, industry
regulations, best practices and knowledge of assigned
relationships.
What you bring:
--- 1+ years' experience required: Allianz Operations, Insurance or
Financial Industry, in customer service focused areas
--- 2+ years' experience preferred: Allianz Operations, Insurance
or Financial Industry, in customer service focused areas
--- Two-year degree required or equivalent experience
