Job Description:
OverviewThe Assistant Manager will ensure company standards are
met in compliance with janitorial operations and servicing
contractual obligations to customers within specified budget of
labor and expense.Workdays/shift: Wednesdays through Sundays, 2nd
shift from 2:30pm - 11pm, with flexibility needed.Pay: $28/hour,
depending on experienceThe pay listed is the salary range for this

RESPONSIBILITIESAssure that the supplies to budget goals are
achieved for each specific job during each quarterManage
staffMaintain contract specificationsMaintain service quantity and
quality to client and the companyVerify payroll hours/punchesOrder
office and janitorial suppliesPerform safety and HR AuditsInterview
and select new employeesPerform job counseling and issue employee
discipline as necessary in partnership with the Human Resources
Business Partner or ManagerCheck all work on a nightly and turn in
completion reportsAssign tasks to workers based on job requirements
as specified by the contract or special assignments requested by
the customerTrain new staff and oversee on-going training of
existing employees in proper cleaning methods and use of equipment,
safety practices, and regulationsPerform daily quality control
inspectionsProcess weekly payroll and ensure payroll is submitted
in accordance with wage and Hour lawsComplete and submit employee
change forms to Human Resources as neededAssists in safety programs
follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance
with all safety policiesBe aware of the fundamentals of good
personnel managementEnsure building is in compliance with all State
and Federal guidelines as well as company policiesUnderstand and
use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with
personnelDetermines materials, supplies, and equipment needsPerform
other duties as assigned or requestedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &
ABILITIESThree (3) plus years of supervisory experienceExperience
in a service oriented environment preferredKnowledge of Microsoft
Office (Excel & Word)Good communication skills both written and
verbalThe employee will be required to stand; sit; reach with hands
and arms; climb or balance and stoop. The employee must regularly
